White Chocolate Bark with Cranberries & Pistachios

Quite popular espicially at Christmas time Barks weather they are light or dark, peppermint or not has to be one of my favorite holiday treats.

I stumbled across this tried and true recipe while scrolling through my Facebook news feed. It looked so delicious and easy I just had to give it a try I found the recipe here

Super simple to make yet super satisfying to taste. Here’s how to make this delicious festive bark.

Ingredients:

• 1/3 cup roasted and salted pistachio nuts chopped rather coarsely
• 1/3 cup Sweet dried cranberries chopped
• 8 oz of really good white chocolate ( the cheap stuff doesn’t melt properly)
• a sprinkle of Kosher salt

Super easy Method:

Simply melt chocolate over double boiler add pistachios and cranberries reserving a Tablespoon of each for the top. Spread out over a parchment lined cookie sheet. Top with the reserved cranberries and pistachios and a sprinkle of Kosher salt refrigerate 1 hour, break into pieces and enjoy Yummy!

Unfortunately I have no video for this recipe but it is absolutely Tried and True like all my recipes just be sure to use good quality chocolate!
