Wasn’t that easy? In order to make these chocolate clusters you will need the following:

Ingredients:

  • 1 bag of sea salted caramel chips
  • 1 bag of semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 bag of milk chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup of fine coconut
  • 1 & 1/2 cups of finely chopped nuts finely crushed ( peanuts and pecans work well)
  • A 200 gram bag of Ruffles potato chips finely crushed

Directions:

In a medium sized saucepan add about an inch or two of water. Place a heat proof bowl or another pot on top of the 1st pot making sure it fits well enough that no steam gets in the top pot when bringing to a boil.

Over medium high heat bring the water to a boil then adjust your temperature so that the water just simmers.

Add chocolate and caramel chips to the preheated bowl and stir until melted.

Add remaining ingredients

Place a heaping teaspoon of the mixture into a paper lined mini cupcake pan. Cool in the refrigerator. Enjoy

yummy!

  1. I would never think to pair potato chips with chocolate, but this looks so good! I wonder how it might taste to try this with popcorn or nuts! 🙂
