When I first heard of this recipe I thought hmmm that sounds interesting. It was a quick and easy recipe so I decided to give them a go. There are so many versions out there; all looking quite yummy I might add. I decided to take them all, combine them and make my very own tried and true recipe. I had no idea they were going to taste so incredible.
Watch me make these delicious chocolates here recipe to follow.
Wasn’t that easy? In order to make these chocolate clusters you will need the following:
Ingredients:
- 1 bag of sea salted caramel chips
- 1 bag of semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1 bag of milk chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup of fine coconut
- 1 & 1/2 cups of finely chopped nuts finely crushed ( peanuts and pecans work well)
- A 200 gram bag of Ruffles potato chips finely crushed
Directions:
In a medium sized saucepan add about an inch or two of water. Place a heat proof bowl or another pot on top of the 1st pot making sure it fits well enough that no steam gets in the top pot when bringing to a boil.
Over medium high heat bring the water to a boil then adjust your temperature so that the water just simmers.
Add chocolate and caramel chips to the preheated bowl and stir until melted.
Add remaining ingredients
Place a heaping teaspoon of the mixture into a paper lined mini cupcake pan. Cool in the refrigerator. Enjoy

I sure hope you enjoyed the recipe, as usual I will share links to the products I used so you can replicate this delicious recipe for your loved ones.
